What Are Some of Your ’90s Beauty Favorites?

Ah, the ’90s…also known as my oily ten years! I gotta give props to the encounter powders that acquired me by way of the oil slick yrs of my teenagers and early 20s — Cornsilk pressed powder, Coty Airspun Loose, the Clinique Unfastened Powder — and of class I have main like for the dim brown lipsticks I wore back then, particularly Clinique Black Honey (old school!), MAC Paramount, Revlon Toast of New York.

As for encounter and human body things, I went while plenty of bottles of Cetaphil experience clean, and soooo several bottles and tins of Nivea Human body Lotion and Overall body Cream…

Gosh, I utilized to appreciate scooping that initial scoop out of that thick system product they sold in the blue tin! I surprise if that tin is however around? I gotta test future time I go to Target.

Oh! — can not ignore the Overall body Store Grapefruit Shower Gel and their aged-college Body Butters (again when they were thick and dense).

And for hair products, in university I liked the Natural Essences shampoo and conditioner from the re-branding they did in the mid-’90s, and I also employed a lot of Finesse shampoo/conditioner (in the blue bottles).

Try to remember the tagline? “Nothing considerably less than Finesse.” 🙂

Then, just after I commenced working total time just after university, I was all about the salon traces, and I went through my share of Biolage, Rusk, Redken, and Bumble and Bumble.

It is funny… You’d think that with my inclination to hoard, I’d however have at least a bottle, a tube or a compact of anything I utilised back again then, but I really do not. I want I’d saved at least a couple of aged tubes of lipstick…

Not to use, of course, but to examine the shades with how they are currently!
